Policy & Discipline
Student Welfare & Institutional Conduct
Discipline at MKT School for Excellence is grounded in mutual respect, self-control, and personal responsibility. Our discipline policy aims to guide students toward constructive social and intellectual development within a safe environment.
Zero-Tolerance Anti-Bullying Policy
Every student has an absolute right to learn in an atmosphere free from harassment, intimidation, ridicule, and fear. Bullying in any form—physical, verbal, psychological, or cyberbullying—is met with strict, non-negotiable disciplinary consequences, including parental summons and potential suspension.
Electronic Devices & Mobile Phone Policy
-
Strict Prohibition: Students are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones, smartwatches, cameras, or gaming devices into school premises.
-
Confiscation Protocol: Any unauthorized electronic gadget confiscated on campus will be retained by the school administrative office until claimed directly in person by parents.
-
Emergency Communication: In case of urgent communication with parents during school hours, students may use the administrative telephone with prior permission from the class teacher.
Progressive Disciplinary Ladder
- First Infraction: Verbal counseling by the teacher and a formal note entered in the school almanac for parental review and signature.
- Repeated Infraction: Official written warning letter issued and mandatory face-to-face parent conference with the Principal.
- Severe Misconduct: Disciplinary probation, temporary suspension from classes, or denial of co-curricular privileges following formal review by the School Discipline Committee.
