Guidelines for Students

  1. Attend school regularly and punctually: Maintain consistent attendance throughout the academic term.
  2. Daily Almanac: Bring your school almanac to school every day without fail.
  3. Transportation Discipline: Reach the bus stop on time. Maintain decorum on school buses (no running, shouting, or leaning out). Students using private transport must arrive at least 10 minutes before the morning assembly bell.
  4. Timetable Preparation: Pack your bag the previous night strictly according to the day's timetable to avoid carrying unnecessary weight.
  5. Academic Diligence: Complete all homework, assignments, and study tasks regularly and conscientiously.
  6. Uniform & Cleanliness: Wear neat, clean, and prescribed school uniform. Help keep the campus clean by using designated dustbins for paper, wrappers, and waste.
  7. Healthy Habits: Eat nutritious food, drink adequate water, avoid junk food, and minimize passive screen time (TV, video games, smartphones).
  8. Respect & Courtesy: Treat peers and staff with courtesy. Violence, bullying, or abusive language in word or action is strictly prohibited. Respectfully greet teachers, elders, and visitors.
  9. Care for School Property: Treat school furniture, lab apparatus, library books, sports gear, and computer systems with utmost care and responsibility.
  10. Class Attendance: Do not miss any scheduled lecture, library period, sports period, or co-curricular activity without formal permission.
  11. Valuables: Do not bring expensive gadgets, cash, or jewelry to school. The school is not responsible for the loss of unauthorized personal items.

Guidelines for Parents & Guardians

  1. Carefully review all school rules and regulations and guide your child to conform to them consistently.
  2. Attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and official school functions to stay engaged in your child's progress.
  3. Address all official correspondence clearly to the Class Teacher, Academic Coordinator, or Principal.
  4. Ensure your child departs from home in complete, neat uniform and on time. Pay school and transport fees promptly according to schedule.
  5. Meetings with the Principal or teachers must be scheduled by prior appointment requested through the almanac's Parent Communication column.
  6. Check and countersign your child's almanac on a regular basis, acknowledge all circulars, and monitor teachers' remarks.
  7. Encourage a well-balanced interest in academic studies, sports, arts, and moral development.
  8. Administrative requests for Bonafide, Visa, or Transfer Certificates require at least 2 working days for official processing.
  9. Promptly notify the school administrative office of any change in residential address, emergency contact numbers, or medical needs.

Key Operational Recommendations

  • Label Personal Belongings: Affix clear name tags on your child's bag, lunch box, water bottle, blazer, sweater, and tie.
  • Absence Makeup: If a student is absent, they must proactively complete missed coursework and homework with the teacher's guidance.
  • Authorized Pickup: In emergencies, if a different person arrives to pick up the child, a signed parental authorization letter must be submitted at the reception desk.
  • Campus Security: Visitors and parents are not permitted to walk directly into classrooms during teaching hours; checking in at the front reception is mandatory.
